Clothing

What are my options for branding my clothing?

We offer the following branding options:

  • Screen Printing
  • Embroidery

How does Embroidery work and why is there a set-up fee involved?

Industrial embroidery machines are driven by computers that read digitised embroidery files created by special software. Embroidery machines produce high quality, neatly stitched, multi-colour designs on items such as golf and, corporate clothing as well as caps, collars and towels.

You pay an embroidery set-up charge for the digitizing of your logo (the cost varies between different logo’s) – but hey, the good news is that once you have paid that set-up fee, you never have to pay it again when you use us for the supplying of your clothing and embroidery.

How does Screen Printing work and why is there a "Positives, Screens and Setup" fee involved?

In the screen printing process a piece of porous mesh is stretched over a frame. Areas of the screen are blocked off with a non permeable material - a stencil - which is a positive of the image to be printed, that is, the open spaces are where ink will appear. Ink is placed on top of the screen, and a squeegee is used to push the ink through the openings in the screen and onto the product.

You will have to pay a Positive, Screens and Setup fee for each colour of your logo.

The following can be an estimate on the set-up charge for screen printing:

Colours Positives, Screens & Set-up
1 R140.00
2 R275.00
3 R410.00
4 R550.00
5 R690.00

How long will it take before I get my clothing with my logo branded on it?

Generally, 5-10 working days.
